(the “Company”) (NASDAQ: NAOV) confirmed that a series of posts made earlier today with respect to a $26 million registered direct offering of common stock of the Company priced at $0.45 under Nasdaq rules was falsely issued by Flash Alert and FintelAlerts. The Company has not priced and is not consummating any registered direct offering.
