For the third consecutive year, JNBA® Financial Advisors Chairman and CEO Richard S. Brown has been named to the 2026 Forbes Best-in-State Top Wealth Advisors – Minnesota – Minneapolis Area High Net Worth list. This is his seventh year appearing on the list, and the third year in a row being named as one of the top three wealth advisors in the state of Minnesota.

For the eleventh year in a row, Barron’s has named JNBA Financial Advisors CEO and Chairman Richard S. Brown to its list of Top 100 Independent Financial Advisors in the United States, this year ranking 35th out of 100.

For the second year in a row, JNBA Financial Advisors CEO and Chairman Richard S. Brown has been named as the top advisor in Minnesota to the Forbes Best-in-State Top Wealth Advisors – High Net Worth list.

For the 16th consecutive year, Barron’s has named JNBA Financial Advisors CEO and Chairman Richard S. Brown to its list of the top 1,200 financial advisors in the United States. Brown was once again recognized as one of the top two advisors in Minnesota on the state list.

For the tenth year in a row, Barron’s has named JNBA Financial Advisors CEO Richard S. Brown to its list of the top 100 independent advisors in the country, ranking 32nd overall and moving up from the 45th spot last year.

A decade-and-a-half is always worth celebrating, and that is what JNBA is doing. While Brown has taken the top spot on Barron’s Minnesota list a total of four times -- in 2014, 2018, 2021, and 2022 -- this is the first time he has received back-to-back top advisor nods. Richard and JNBA have been named to Barron’s list of the 1,200 top advisors in the country for 13 consecutive years.
